Exchange and Return Policy
. We offer  A 7-days from delivery exchange and refund policy .
. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
. Delivery charges apply on exchanged and returned items. 
. You can not open the order while the courier is outside the door. 
 For exchange process:
. Make a new order and provide us with the new order number and the old order number as well .
For return process:
. Contact us and provide us with the order number you want to return the courier will pick up the order from you and when it comes to us and check it we will send you the money through instapay , Vodafone cash or any smart wallet and we will deduct the delivery charges from the total amount .

‎. نقدم سياسة استبدال واسترجاع مدتها 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
‎. يجب أن يكون المنتج الخاص بك في نفس الحالة التي
‎استلمته بها، وغير مستخدم، ومعه العلامات، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
‎. تُطبق رسوم الشحن على المنتجات المستبدلة والمرتجعة.
‎. لا يمكنك فتح الطلب أثناء وجود شركة الشحن خارج الباب.

‎لعملية الاستبدال:
‎. قم بعمل طلب جديد وزودنا برقم الطلب الجديد ورقم الطلب القديم أيضًا.

‎لعملية الاسترجاع:
‎. تواصل معنا وزودنا برقم الطلب المراد استرجاعة وسوف تقوم شركة الشحن باستعادته منكم وبمجرد وصولة المخزن سنقوم التحقق من سلامة المنتج وسوف نقوم بتحويل المبلغ مخصوم منه مصاريف الشحن عن طريق انستاباي او اي محفظة الكترونية
